When we've provisioned you on Fundraising Pages, your DonateNow pages will still work until we retire the DonateNow platform. We're not sure yet exactly when that will be, but it looks like it will be at least as far away as 2020.
1) Get Oriented Take your time getting used to the Fundraising Pages platform and creating your new donation page. When you're ready, you can update the links on your website and elsewhere to point to your new Fundraising Pages campaign page(s). However, you'll probably still need to access DonateNow in the meantime, and you can do so by clicking on 'My Tools' in the upper-right of your screen, and selecting 'DonateNow' from that list. If you need to get back to Fundraising Pages from DonateNow, simply log out and log back in.
Note: DonateNow will only be available on the 'My Tools' menu if the user email address exists as an admin in both DonateNow and Fundraising Pages. If you don't see DonateNow on your 'My Tools' menu, let another user at your organization know so they can add you to the other system.
2) Provision Users
If you've got other users that also need access to Fundraising Pages, use the 'People' tab, and click 'Admins.' Then, click the button that says 'Add Admins' and fill out their information.
Note: You'll need to enter the same email address that person used to log in to DonateNow. If you enter a different email address, they'll have two different logins to keep track of.
3) Get Trained
When getting started, it's best to view our training videos, which can be found HERE. From that page, you can also search for articles regarding anything else you need help with. You can also attend a live training (Fundraising Pages Overview) by checking the schedule HERE.
