You may request a check reissue for any uncashed disbursement check from Network for Good by filling out a support request on our web form, which can be found HERE. Please also be sure to include the original check number, donation date range or check date, and your 9-digit Tax ID (EIN) number so that we can confirm the status of the payment and request the reissue from our Operations Team.
Any disbursement that was paid out originally via check must be reissued via check. It cannot be reissued via direct deposit if the original payment method was via check. We will send you confirmation of your check reissue via email after receiving your request. Check reissues will be sent via USPS and can take two to six weeks from the date of confirmation to arrive at your Nonprofit.
Please make sure and confirm the address on your public Guidestar profile, as Network for Good uses the public Guidestar listing to verify the address associated with your Nonprofit. Guidestar collects their address information from public 990s and the IRS Masterfile for businesses. The address listed on your public Guidestar profile is the only address Network for Good is able to reissue previously issued checks to.
