Donation notifications can be managed from your DonateNow Dashboard, inside of your Network for Good account.
1.) Log into your account at https://identity.networkforgood.org/login
2.) Click “Access Your DonateNow Account” on the right-hand side of the page in the box labeled “DonateNow”
3.) Now you are on your DonateNow Dashboard! Scroll down to your list of active DonateNow pages
4.) Each page has its own “Manage Email Notifications” section
5.) After clicking to manage your email notifications, simply scroll down to see who is on the list, who needs to be added, and who can be removed. If removing, simply click the trash icon next to the out-of-date contact name and they will be removed
6.) Fill out the form on top of the page to add new notification recipients and select their notification roles (we recommend “check all” to ensure they get all one-time and recurring donation notifications)
7.) Double-check your Guidestar listing for any out of date contacts. Because we integrate with their database to verify that all the Nonprofit organizations Network For Good disburses to are in good standing with the IRS, any contacts listed on your public Guidestar profile may receive donation notifications from Network For Good.
Please wait at least one day for the notification changes to take effect. If the incorrect contacts are still receiving notifications or the chosen contacts are still not receiving notifications, please contact our Solutions Team here so that we can help troubleshoot.
