So, your fundraising campaign was a raging success and you brought in tons of donations. You rock!
How will you get this money?
Network for Good disburses donations every month around the 15th of the month. We disburse donations via check to your nonprofit's Guidestar Address or via electronic transfer if you have registered for a direct deposit with Network for Good. It is free to enroll and you will receive your donations directly to your back account (no waiting by the mailbox)!
Now you're wondering...when will I see the money? This all depends on where your donations were made.
If a donation was made on your Network for Good donation page, we will disburse those funds to you the following month on the 15th. It can take two to six weeks to get your donations. For example, your donations from January 1st to January 31st will be mailed to you by the 15th of February.
If a donation was made on Facebook, it can take between six to ten weeks to get your donations. 1) Facebook collects donations in one calendar month (ex: January). 2) Facebook then sends those donation funds to NFG towards the end of the following month (ex: February). 3) Then, NFG disburses those donations to nonprofits 2-3 weeks after receiving all of the funds (ex: March 15)
If it has been more than 10 weeks since the donation was made, please fill out this form to get help tracking your check.
Registering for Direct Deposit
You will need to login here using your organization's EIN or register here.
Once you've logged in, click on the Apply Now link under Direct Deposit and follow the instructions listed there.
Note: To apply to receive future donation disbursement checks from Network for Good through Direct Deposit, there are several steps you will need to complete. Please be prepared to:
1.)Confirm your nonprofit's information
2.)Provide contact details for an authorized representative of your organization
3.) Link to your nonprofit's bank account
You have two options to submit your EFT application to Network for Good.
1.) You can connect via DirectLink.
DirectLink uses Plaid in order to relay your nonprofit's bank account information securely for processing and review. Plaid is a well-known financial platform that verifies your information - learn more about Plaid here.
2.) You can connect via ManualLink.
ManualLink provides an alternate enrollment path for eligible nonprofits whose needs are not met by our DirectLink application. ManualLink allows you to submit your nonprofit's bank information to our team without connecting to Plaid via the ManualLink.
Note: ManualLink may take up to 8 weeks to process. We strongly encourage you to connect using DirectLink unless you are otherwise unable to do so.
Nonprofits with this option can access the ManualLink by clicking on the option to "Connect Manually".
You will then be prompted for additional information, such as your contact information and the date of your most recent disbursement from NFG. If you are not considered an "authorized representative", you may also need to submit a signed Letter of Authorization (which can be downloaded directly from the application portal).
With the ManualLink, you will be prompted to provide information to verify that you have access to your nonprofit's donation activity.
Once you have submitted either version of the EFT application, you will receive an email within about three weeks, once our team has had a chance to review and verify your information.
All donations made before signing up for direct deposit will still be delivered via your previous disbursement method.
Note: If you haven't received an email regarding your EFT application status more than three weeks after submitting the application, please be sure to check your spam or junk folder to verify the email isn't there!
