Who is Network for Good?

Network for Good, which operates as a 501(c)(3) Donor Advised Fund, has partnered with the PepsiCo Foundation and Doritos SOLID BLACK to disburse charitable donations made on the Doritos SOLID BLACK site to the recipient nonprofits.

Is my donation anonymous?

Donors have the option to opt out of sharing their information with the recipient nonprofit by clicking the check box shown in the screenshot below.

Is my donation tax deductible? Is a receipt provided?

Your donation to a 501(c)3 charitable organization is tax deductible and Network for Good provides an electronic receipt at the time of the donation. If you are asked to provide a paper receipt for IRS purposes, please print out a copy of your email receipt. If you need another copy of your receipt, please complete the form here and our team will reply within 2 to 4 business days.

Is my donation refundable?

No, donations are considered final and non-refundable.

Why does Network for Good appear on my credit card statement?

Network for Good appears on your credit card statement because you made an online donation to an eligible nonprofit through the Doritos SOLID BLACK site which utilizes Network for Good for donations processing and disbursement services. Rest assured, your donation will be granted to the recommended eligible nonprofit as outlined in the cadence below (see next question).

When will the recipient nonprofit receive donations?

Network for Good disburses donated funds via grants from the Doritos SOLID BLACK program once per month. This disbursement takes place roughly on the 15^th of every month (or the following business day) and includes all donations raised from the previous month. For example, funds raised from April 1, 2023, to April 30, 2023, will be disbursed on May 15, 2023, in an aggregated lump sum.

What nonprofits are eligible?

Only organizations selected by the PepsiCo Foundation & Doritos SOLID BLACK are eligible to participate in the program. Find the list of this year’s current program participants at;
