If you haven't yet received your check in the mail, you should know that we send disbursement checks and electronic deposits on the 15th of each month (unless the 15th is a Sunday or holiday, in which case we send them out the next day).
Due to unprecedented circumstances surrounding the USPS and the current COVID-19 climate, we ask that you allow 45 business days for check delivery, as that allows USPS time to get the check back to us if it was undeliverable.
Once those 45 business days have elapsed, or you didn't get your deposit, let us know by filling out the form here and we'll get back to you as soon as we can to let you know how soon we can reissue your check or deposit.
I just wanted to make sure Helping Hands Helping Others was listed with Network for Good. I don't see anything with my name or the organization name when you registered.
Hi! All 501(c)(3) nonprofit Public Charities are automatically included in our database for disbursement in the event we receive donations earmarked for your organization.
Can I speak to someone live?
I’d like to speak with someone please.
Does the donation go to the 501(c)(3) Charity? How do I find out if you have our 501(c)(3) address in your data base. The charity was listed with the city but do you have the actual address. My fundraiser ended on 29 October. When should we expect payment

I raised $242 on Facebook for Kulu Development Organization for school project but I can access that money and I am also not able to change the mailing address on file,
We have raised money and not received the payout, it has been over 2 months.
I was led to believe that Facebook would match the first donations up to a certain amount received on Giving Tuesday. We had one particular donor who believed their $500 donation was donated quick enough on Giving Tuesday to receive a matching donation from Facebook, but we never received an additional $500. Was this fake information, or is there a place where we can verify whether our donor's gift should have been matched?
