Don't see a donation?

If you are reporting on a disbursement but don't see donations you're expecting, there are a few steps you can take to find those donations within your Network for Good Account.

1.) Check to make sure the dates you are reviewing are for the correct disbursement period.

Our disbursements occur on the 15th of each month (or the nearest weekday), and those disbursements represent the total of donations for the previous calendar month. For example, if a disbursement occurs on June 15th, its amount will be for all donations received by Network for Good in the month of May.

2.) Ensure the donations are not part of a delayed disbursement schedule.

Some donations may come to Network for Good on a delayed schedule. For instance, Partner donations are those received from organizations like Facebook, Google, etc., and are received by Network for Good on schedules that are determined by that individual partner. Such donations will generally be 'off' by a disbursement or two, depending on exactly when the donation occurred and when disbursements are in relation to that. 

3.) Ensure that you are eligible to recieve disbursements from Network for Good at this time. 

Network for Good makes every effort to honor donor recommendations. There are a variety of reasons a requested disbursement may not have been delivered to the intended organization, and instead "redirected" to an organization with a similar mission or values. Among the more common reasons this occurs are eligibility issues with the  organization; the organization did not cash previously received checks; or the organization has requested not to receive grants from Network for Good.
