After February 28 , 2019 customers with EventsNow subscriptions will no longer be able to log in to EventsNow or export data.
Why is this happening?
Network for Good partners with giveZooks! to power our events tool, EventsNow. giveZooks! will be discontinuing service to EventsNow customers in early 2019.
What will happen to all my event ticketing data?
All EventsNow data will be inaccessible to customers through the EventsNow dashboard after February 28, 2019.
However, all historical online event ticketing transactions will still be accessible through your DonateNow account or Donor Management System, depending on the product you're subscribed to (how-to video on this topic can be found at the bottom of this FAQs page).
What about events I have already set up that have an end date after February 28?
You will not be able to access any EventsNow data and pages will be shut down on February 28.
Because of this, we highly recommend launching any new events from Network for Good’s newer Event Ticketing Pages so you have access to edit and view ticketing details (how-to video on this topic can be found at the bottom of this FAQs page).
Does this impact my other Network for Good Fundraising software?
No. Customers with subscriptions to DonateNow or our newer Fundraising Pages product (Everyday Giving Pages, Event Ticketing, or Peer-to-Peer) will not experience an interruption to these services.
What are my options for selling tickets to fundraising events in 2019?
We encourage customers to transition current events planned after February 28th to our newer Event Ticketing Pages. You can gain access by filling out this form.
