How do we get the codes?
NFG will securely send a file containing the codes to your designated contact.
Can we designate the dollar amount?
Yes. FYI, the minimum bulk order amount is $5,000.
Does that include your fee?
This includes the fee of $2.50 per code. The net donation amount and the fee are tax deductible to our partners.
What’s the lead-time on this?
Approx. total 7 to 11 biz days. The codes are released to you within 48hrs of receipt of payment.
We need to order in bulk, if we end up with extras, would we be able to use them the following year?
The codes will expire at the end of 6 months from order date. That said, we consider these requests on a case-by-case basis.
If folks have questions about using them is there a designated help desk?

So, toward the end of the six-month period, if they weren’t redeemed, would I be able to determine which ones are still outstanding?
Yes, the partner portal should suffice in pulling that info. In some cases, however, reaching out to the NFG account manager directly might be most convenient for you. Here is the partner portal guide.
Let’s say we initially order $5K worth of codes, but we find that we have a great participation rate and need another $1K more, would we be able to add that to our order after the fact?
Yes, if you need to order additional, we can add it to your account – no need to meet the $5K minimum. Note: We cannot add more value to existing code.

Contact our Corporate Partnerships team with the # of cards and value per card we will process your GoodCard Code bulk order request, and your POC will see the invoice come through within 4 biz days. We accept check and ACH as payment.
