Are you looking to mark a donation or other transaction as "refunded" to make sure your reports are up-to-date and accurate? Here's how you can do that in your Fundraising Pages account!
Note: This process will only mark a transaction as "refunded," and will not actually reverse the transaction. In order to refund a transaction back onto a donor's credit card, please contact the Solutions Team at 888-284-7978 or at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
First, make sure you're in Fundraising Pages, by clicking on the My Tools button in the top right corner, and selecting Fundraising Pages from the drop-down menu.
If that option is already grayed out - you're in the right place!
Next, you'll want to click on the People tab in the blue bar at the top of your screen, and select Donors/Fundraisers from the drop-down options.
On the next screen, enter the donor's last name or email address, and select the correct donor from the drop-down list that automatically appears.
This should take you to that donor's individual Donor Profile. Once there, locate the transaction you'd like to mark as refunded, and click on the button labeled Details to the right of that transaction.
By clicking Details, you should then see the Donation Overview screen.
Click the blue Actions button in the top right corner, and select Mark as Refunded from the drop-down menu.
Again, please be mindful that this only marks the transaction as "refunded," and does not actually process a refund for a transaction back onto a donor's card. In order to facilitate a refund, you will need to reach out to the Network for Good Solutions Team for further assistance.
