As part of our efforts to reduce our environmental impact we are removing all donation and donor details from the donation check stubs. Donation details are no longer included on the physical check stub starting early 2020. If you have received your check and would like to access your donation tracking report, please register for an account (or login to your existing account) by visiting this page: networkforgood.org/donations
Q: Where are my donation details that are usually included on my check?
A: As part of our efforts to reduce our environmental impact we are removing all donation and donor details from the donation check stubs. Donation details will not be included on the physical check stubs starting early 2020.
Q: Why are you making this change?
A: To reduce our environmental impact as we continue sending disbursement checks.
Q: Why should I create an account?
A: Creating an account will allow you to receive disbursements faster by registering for EFT. You can even setup donation notifications to be sent directly to your email.
Q: I got the message saying donations will no longer appear on my check but they are still there. Why?
A: This change will not take full effect until early 2020. Until then, we are slowly rolling out this change and letting nonprofits know in advance.
Q: Can I still get the donor information on my check?
A: No, if you want to see donation information you will need to create an account at the following link: networkforgood.org/donations
Q: Will I start receiving marketing emails from you? I don’t want to sign up for anything.
A: This new process is meant to make the process easier for nonprofits, as well as reduce our environmental impact. We will only send marketing communications if the individual opts in, we comply with CAN-SPAM. When you create an account, you have the option to opt in or out of marketing communications before putting in your email.
Q: When will you actually make this change?
A: The change is slowly rolling out and should be complete by early 2020.
Q: Why can’t I see any donor information?
A: It’s likely that these were Facebook fundraisers. Facebook’s privacy policy prevents donor names from being shared.
